Overview

The Emrox Network is a suite of solutions which can connect: customers, stores, workshops, suppliers, freight companies and insurance companies. Our solutions are designed to optimize return flows, both in respect of saving cost but also in increasing customer satisfaction. Via our API, the Emrox Communication Centre (ECC), customer's existing software solutions can also connect to the ECC, and vice versa, by using the SOMOS communication format (open format).

Emrox Contact Centre is a hosted solution designed for Contact or Call Centres to enable them to effectively answer questions and register
RMA's (Return Merchandise Authorisations) from stores, or end customers.

 
 

Emrox Customer Access is an automated service for end users which provides a status report of their return/ repair which is being managed by an Emrox solution. Via this interface end users can provide additional information (if requested) regarding their return.

 
 

Emrox Self Service is a solution that allows your customers to register returns/ repairs via your own website, eliminating the need for a call centre/service support line.
